Possibly you run wrong executable. You should run kalauncher.exe.
And please don't post same question two times on different threads.

Hmm... what IWAD do you have in your game folder? Or do you have any?

i fixed that problem now when i play the game why is it that when theres a weapon there is a box with a exclemation mark in it how do i fix this problem

Sounds like you aren't doing something correctly, to install Korax Arena, you have to unzip the file you downloaded somewhere to your hard drive, respecting the directory structure it has, once that's done, you copy your doom, doom2, heretic or hexen WAD files to the directory where the launcher executable is, then you simply run the game after setting it up, it should run fine . Hope this helps you out .

Which levels do you play?
I think it can be if you play common Hexen (or other game) levels, which is not supposed to be playable (we should remove them from maps list).
