The first public beta of Korax' Heritage: Scattered Evil is going to be available in the next days. In the meantime, a couple of screenshots:

NO WAI. Beta, as in, complete game (with maybe some bugs)?

This has taken so long and I commend the Scattered Evil team for working so much on it. I was a teenager when I joined this board, it's been 10 years and I'm in my mid 20s. I kept lurking once in a while, I never lost hope that Scattered Evil will get finished. I'm quite certain it will be more satisfying than Duke Nukem Forever.

Much of the delay has been due to personal issues of the developers, about 2 of the 10 years though were on the account of Korax Arena. While sadly many of our fans didn't care for it, I am still proud of KA.

The delay was inevitable, I'm joking about it for years!

The team is not that big, a few passionate fans of Hexen that still remain.

Anyway if it wasn't for RambOrc's, Firebrand and Crimson Wizard just like Vavoom's author, Janis, tenacity over those years probably there were still nothing to present.

The beta seems HUGE, it works great, no bugs so far, I visited several locations and there was no major problems.

I'll keep posting results as I go.
